Over Charging Test

After fully charging the 3.2v 135ah battery module, discharge it at a current of 1I1(A) to any cell battery until it reaches 1.5 times of charging termination voltage specified in the enterprise technology condition or the discharging time reaches 1 hour. There should be no explosion or fire.

Short Circuit Test

Fully charge the battery module and have an outer short circuit for 10 minutes. The outer circuit resistance should be less than 5mΩ. Observe it for 1 hour, and there should be no explosion or fire.

Drop Test 

Fully charge the battery module with the positive and negative electrodes facing down. Drop it from a height of 1.2 meters to the concrete floor and observe it for 1 hour. There should be no explosion, fire, or leakage.

High Temperature Test

Fully charge the battery module and put it in the environment simulation box. Raise the temperature from room temperature at a rate of 5℃/min to 130℃±2℃. Keep it for 30 minutes and stop heating and observe it for 1 hour. There should be no explosion or fire.

Crush Test 

Fully charge the battery module and apply pressure perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the cell batteries at a rate of (5±1)mm/s until the deformation amount reaches 30%, or the pressing force reaches as great as 1000 times the module weight or the greater number listed in the graph 1. Observe it for 1 hour and there should be no explosion or fire.

Sea water immersion Test

After fully charging the battery module, immerse it in the 3.5% NaCl solution for 2 hours. There should be no explosion or fire.

Temperature cycling Test

After fully charging the battery module, put it in an environment of -40℃~85℃. Repeat it 5 times and observe for 1 hour. There should be no explosion, fire, or leakage.

Low Air Pressure Test

After fully charging the battery module, put it in low air pressure of 11.6kPa simulation box for 6 hours and observe for 1 hour. There should be no explosion, fire, or leakage.
